Shipping

• Are Voltera products subject to U.S. tariffs?

  For U.S. customers: Most Voltera products are made in Canada, including V-One and NOVA, and are exempt from U.S. tariffs under the USMCA trade agreement. This may change without notice if there are updates to import policies. For more information on U.S. imposed tariffs, visit whitehouse.gov.
• What is the cost to ship to my country?

  For consumable shipments, we charge a flat fee of $20 USD worldwide. For V-One shipping, it depends on your region: 

  • $25 USD to ship within Canada.

  • $125 USD to ship to the USA.

  • $300 USD to ship international (not all countries supported).

• Can I use my own shipping account?

  We have worked closely with our fantastic shipping partners to get the best rates for your orders. If you want to ship with your account or if you have special shipping requirements, please contact sales@voltera.io before you place your order. The V-One ships as two boxes: A large one (19 × 13 × 11 in, 9.1 Kg) and a small one (5 × 4 × 2 in, 100 g).
• Are taxes and duties included?

  No. Since these rates are unique to each country, all applicable duties (including tariffs) and taxes (including VAT) are payable upon receipt of the product. Normally, when the shipment reaches your country, our courier will contact you to arrange the payment of duties and taxes in order to clear customs.

• Can I pay with a bank transfer?

  If you'd like to pay with a credit card, you can do that on our store. But if you'd rather pay by bank transfer, just send your PO (purchase order) to sales@voltera.io, and we'll give you our bank information.
• Do you offer bulk discounts?
