The smaller particles in this T5 solder paste result in less clogging and more consistent dispensing. The alloy has a superior performance on boards with a lead-based HASL finish, allowing you to easily paste, assemble, and reflow your prefabricated boards.
ATTN: Solder paste T5 Sn63Pb37 is not compatible with Voltera ink.
Solder paste T5 Sn63Pb37 specifications:
- Particle size — T5
- Alloy — Sn63Pb37
- Reflow — 240°C until fully melted.

Use with 225um standard (black) nozzles only.
Each cartridge prints approximately 11,000 0603 pads.
Note: Cartridges must be kept refrigerated, and have a shelf life of 12 months.
